Expert on Sweden's GDP drop: Bottom reached


On August 5, Statistics Sweden reported a record drop in Sweden's gross domestic product (GDP) for the second quarter of 2020 of 8.6%. However, despite the staggering economic downturn, Elizabeth Swantesson, spokesman for the Moderate Coalition Party on economic issues, believes that the situation in the labor market may worsen even more seriously. This was announced on August 5 by the Sveriges Radio news service.
