Vitaly Mansky, who moved to Latvia permanently, announced the holding of the international documentary festival ArtDocFest Riga from November 26 to December 1. It is reported by Tvnet.lv. According to journalists, the program of the new festival will have two competitive programs. One traditional, more than 20 films from more than 15 countries will take part in it. The second dedicated to the Baltic states and documentaries from there. It is noted that a separate jury will work in each section of the festival.
