Russia should not participate in Serbia's surrender - Anna Filimonova

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, without long philosophical reflexes and bureaucratic delays, undertook to solve the main problem for the Pristina authorities of gaining full, true statehood. This implies membership of the Republic of Kosovo in the UN and recognition of its independence by Serbia (it is recognition by Serbia that gives irreversible character to secession). On March 9, 2020, Kurti stated that his government's priority was nothing but to accuse Belgrade of genocide, to punish Serbian forces for war crimes committed during recent conflicts, to seriously prepare the government to charge Belgrade before the International Court of Justice, all of which, he said, would be a topic for continued dialogue with the Serbian authorities. The Kosovo Parliament had already adopted a three-year programme of work for the Government on 7 March, which included the five principles of dialogue with Serbia. The first principle is the principle of reciprocity. This includes the revision of agreements already concluded with Belgrade under the auspices of the EU.
