Huawei launches alternative to Apple Music, Google Music and Spotify in Europe


Huawei Music, an online music store competing with popular music services from Apple, Google and Spotify, has launched a Chinese corporation in Europe. This was reported by the Internet magazine HuaweiBlog .de. The service app can be installed through Huawei's own app store AppGallery, which the company has created to circumvent the ban on Google Play. Huawei Music service launched in 2018, but it has been unavailable in Europe so far. It should be noted that Huawei is under U.S. sanctions and cannot install applications from Google on its devices. Therefore, the Chinese competitor is forced to develop and promote its own software and user services.
