A rally dedicated to the anniversary of the Soviet withdrawal from Afghanistan took place on 15 February in Tskhinvali. This is reported by the agency Res. Every year on February 15, since 1989, when the last Soviet soldier left the territory of Afghanistan, we pay tribute to those children who performed their international duty, honor and praise to heroes who showed bravery and courage in the war, said the head of the South Ossetian government.
