The Chinese company WeRide launched a taxi service with self-driving cars in one of the districts of Guangzhou. This was reported by the portal cnTechPost. The company has WeRide been developing unmanned driving technologies since 2017. In 2019, the company began testing the RoboTaxi unmanned taxi service, developed on the basis of Nissan electric vehicles.
